Spring time brings the end of winter, and a big urge for all of us to get out of the house! We’ve been cooped up all winter, and we’re spending most of the week in town at the soccer fields. Spring gives us the opportunity to finally be out of the house as a family, so we make the most of it while we can. Here’s a list of our favorite frugal spring activities.
- Go fishing
- Find a new trail to hike
- Go for a walk
- Ride a bike
- Go on a scavenger hunt
- Start geo-caching — this is our absolute favorite frugal activity to do. All you need is your smart phone and a pen!
- See the blooms — whether it’s trees or flowers, I’m always in awe at the vibrant colors this time of year.
- Plant something — plant some flowers or start a garden. You can see what we’re planting each month here.
